YYC Princess was started in 2016 by Caitlynne Medrek, a lover of magic, dress up and performing. In 2020 Caitlynne was chosen as one of Avenue Magazine’s Top 40 under 40 for her work with YYC Princess. With a focus on “bringing magic to Calgary where it matters most” YYC Princess has worked with organizations such as Make A Wish, Calgary Firefighters Toy Association, Dance for Evelyn, Alberta Children's Hospital, and more. Volunteering with organizations such as Run for a Cure and Calgary Stampede Parade YYC Princess is making its mark in Calgary and Area!
In 2023 YYC Princess joined the SkyCastle Family. Our princesses can be found roaming SkyCastle locations on weekends, hosting princess parties and special events, attending fundraisers and creating original shows.
YYC Princess prides itself on providing performers who come from authentic strength, talent, beauty and bravery in all areas of life. Our performers are trained actors, singers, dancers - they are School Teachers, Opera Singers, Paramedics, Swim Instructors, Arielists and more. They have extensive resumes in Children’s Theatre and they have all passed police background checks.

PRINCESS PARTY PACKAGES
All parties include glitter tattoos. An additional princess fee is applied to more than 2 princesses.
Classic Birthday Package (60min)
$225/princess or $350/2 princesses
Includes a visit from any princess to your home. Glitter Tattoos, Interactive Story Adventure, Photos, Songs, Cake Cutting, Princess Oath.
Mermaid Party Package (90min)
$270/princess or $400/2 princesses
Includes a visit from our mermaid(s), a mermaid makeover (colouring, hair braiding and body paint) and everything else found in a Classic Party Package.
SkyCastle Birthday Package (60min)
$150 for 1 princess or $225 for 2 princesses
Includes a visit from any princess at a SkyCastle location. Glitter Tattoos, Playing together at a SkyCastle, Photos, Songs, Cake Cutting, Princess Oath.
Adventurous Party Package (90min)(maximum 12 Participants)
$270/princess or $400/2 princesses
Includes a visit from our Brave Princess, Warrior Princess or our Dragon Princess, an interactive activity such as archery, scavenger hunts and crafts and everything else found in a Classic Party Package.

Roller Princess Party Package (60min)
$150 for 1 princess or $225 for 2 princesses
Includes a visit from our Fashion Dolls, Roxy the Roller Sprite or any princess not in a hoop skirt at the Sky Castle Roller Rink. Glitter Tattoos, Skating together at the Roller Rink, Photos, Songs, Cake Cutting, Princess Oath.
High Tea Party (60 min)(maximum 12 participants) in conjunction with travelling teacups
$300/princess or $425/2 princesses
Includes a visit from the Mad Hatter, Alice, Beauty Princess, Cinderella, Magical Nanny or Warrior Princess and a tea party with 18 sweets, 12 sandwiches, 12 caffeine free tea bags and place settings.
