Disclaimer: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the individual registered under the membership. Silver and Gold memberships are subject to automatic monthly billing. These memberships may be cancelled anytime, with cancellations taking effect for the next billing cycle. Active monthly or annual payments cannot be cancelled or transferred to another individual. VIP memberships are not automatically renewed and must be manually renewed annually. Memberships are valid across all SkyCastle Entertainment locations, including but not limited to SkyCastle New Horizon Mall, SkyCastle Macleod Trail, and SkyCastle Roller Rink. Requests to cancel memberships subject to recurring billing must be submitted via email to info@skycastleab.com. SkyCastle Entertainment reserves the right to clarify or explain membership terms and conditions.

  • To cancel your Silver or Gold membership, please submit a cancellation request via email to info@skycastleab.com.

  • Unlimited playtime is exclusively available with the VIP membership. The VIP package provides unlimited access to all SkyCastle locations, including:

    • SkyCastle New Horizon Mall

    • SkyCastle Macleod Trail

    • SkyCastle Roller Rink

    • Silver Membership: Silver members do not receive free admission on weekends or holidays.

    • Gold Membership: Gold members receive one free admission per month on weekends or holidays.


    If a Gold member wishes to play at additional locations on their free admission day, they can enjoy a 50% discount on admission at the second or third location. This discount applies only to the member and cannot be extended to others.
