There’s no fee for rescheduling.
Cancellation of the party booking
You may cancel within 48 hours of the booking deposit made, however, a $45 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.
Two weeks notice is required to cancel the booking and be refunded, however, a $45 processing fee will be deducted from the deposit.
***Any cancellation requested within the 14 days of the party date, deposit and other payments made related to the party is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Your booked time is only for the private room. There is no limit to staying afterwards, you can also come to play first and party later.

We only allow outside food for special dietary needs. This must be approved by party staff or manager.
We allow cakes, cups cakes, or Ice Cream cakes if you book a party room. We do not allow any other outside food.
